I've gone here 4 times. One time I gave in to their "great special" of the waxing...the full package. I got to Texas [my trip the next day] and it looked horrible. You could see the swirl marks, everything. I called and complained. The manager told me to come back once I got to CA.. I went back, he still charged me 1/2..and screwed it up again. I said I'm never getting a wax job from here again. Went back a third time, got the Gold Package [no waxing], and the car turned out GREAT. Smelled awesome for a week. Took it back this week to get the same thing...they sold me that package but didn't even do all they were supposed to. There was armor all spray everywhere, they didn't put the new car scent in, there was tree pollen [not sap, pollen] all over the outside of the car, armor all spray on the mats of the car, but not wiped, a pool of armor all in the cup holder that wasn't cleaned, dog hair all over the dash as if they hadn't touched it, and dog nose ...

I have given them a couple of chances in the past and even referred family members, bad windows, they try to sell you stuff you don't even need and they can be very rude at times. Don't hide behind the red, white and blue you are giving our country's colors a bad name. I wish I could leave zero starts. There is one on Coast Hwy, just before Vista Way or down on Mission Ave. before El Camino Real.‎

I really like this place, it's $9.00 for a wash and vac. I live in Carlsbad and go out of my way to come here. I have had the detail done as well and they do a great job at a reasonable price. My old car was a 1992 and they kept it looking great! I take my new truck now and will have them take care of it as well. Thanks you guys‎

They do a great job quick. Friendly staff. Places to go near by while waiting. I would recommend this place. They also offer auto detailing, but I haven't tried that yet. ...

Horrible attitudes and completely unhelpful. Had a gift certificate for a full detail and they would not accept it because it was 4 months expired, even though it is illegal in CA to have expiration dates on gift certificates. They basically said, "oh well, too bad, we won't accept it". So now I have a $100 gift certificate to throw in the trash...
